There are lots of options for Team Building out there; heck, you could just do it yourself! You could go to the corn maze and get lost together, bake some cookies, be a spy for a day--what's different about Chime In? Why should you use us?! Here are a few things that set us apart:
1. Nobody gets hurt.
We know you want to have fun (and you will), but you don't have to take risks with your team to do it. Chime In is a safe event--in fact, we like to say that if you get hurt doing this, you were working hard on getting hurt!
2. Your team will learn something, together
When your team has finished Chiming In, they will have learned
a new skill--one which they can pursue as a hobby, or even do as
a team later. In learning together, they get a shared experience
like no other. We also talk about "team," and what makes a team better... while we model it with our exercise.
3. We come to you
Your team stays in your facility, or one you choose close by, so you have no lost time ferrying people to and fro. You don't have to try
to herd the cats onto a bus or have everyone meet up somewhere they've never been before. Your conference room or other local space will do just fine. Two hours (and maybe a brief snack and chat), and your team is back at work!
We also bring all the supplies needed for the exercise--leave
the notepads behind, your team doesn't even need to bring
their #2 pencils.
